At Krazy Kandy, we take pride in crafting every order fresh and with care to ensure you receive the highest quality candy. Because our products are edible and perishable, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery at krazykandystor@gmail.com
We may request photos or additional details to help us investigate the issue. If our review determines that the problem was due to our error or a verified product defect, we’ll gladly ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Please note: Krazy Kandy is not responsible for damages caused by temperature, shipping delays, or carrier mishandling once your order has left our facility.
