Shipping policy

All orders are freshly prepared and ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or text.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, but Krazy Kandy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by weather, temperature, or mishandling during transit. Once a package leaves our facility, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer and shipping carrier.

Candy may soften or melt in high heat — please track your order and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.

Please verify your shipping address before checkout; reshipping fees apply for returned or undeliverable packages.
